[PRO] Business Pro

Business Pro Hosting

For websites that take bookings, orders or a lot of visitors.

Who it suits

Online shops, booking and enquiry systems, members areas, and busier websites with a team who all need email.

What is included

Everything in Business, with more room for a shop catalogue, a photo library and the whole team's email.

Support

You talk to the people who run the server, not a call centre or a ticket queue at another company.

Care on top

Add a care plan and we check the website every 15 minutes, day and night, and tell you if it goes down.

Who it suits

Business Pro is for websites that do more than tell people you exist: an online shop, a booking or enquiry system, a members area, or simply a site with steady traffic and a team who all need email on your own domain.

If you have a straightforward brochure website, Business hosting at £15 a month is usually enough, and we'll tell you so. If the website is a system your staff rely on all day, look at Professional.

Looking after it

A shop or booking system costs you money when it is down. A care plan adds checks every 15 minutes, day and night, with an email if it goes down, a monthly health check and small changes. Watch is £19 a month, Care £39 and Care Plus £79. Business Pro with Care comes to £64 a month.

A made-up shop outage shown twice. On Business Pro at £25 a month you may hear from a customer first, then contact us. With Care at £64 a month, checks every 15 minutes email you and we often know first. Care plan prices listed below.

Common questions

Is it worth paying more than Business?

Only if you need it. If your site sells, takes bookings or has a team of people using email, yes. Otherwise start on Business and move up later; it is a change on our side.

Can you host a site you didn't build?

Usually. Tell us what it runs on (WordPress, .NET, PHP, a shop platform) and we'll say whether it fits and what moving it involves.

What happens if the site breaks?

You contact us and talk to the people who run the server. On a care plan we will often know before you do.

Ready to Upgrade?
