Progress you can see and use, not a big reveal at the end.
The riskiest way to build anything is to disappear for three months and come back with the finished article. By then every misunderstanding has been built in.
We work the other way round. The first thing you see is small but real: a page you can click through, a form that saves, a list that fills from your own data. You use it, tell us what is wrong, and the next stage takes that into account. Each stage is small enough that a wrong turn costs days, not months.
The things you need first are built first. Nice-to-haves wait until the essentials work.
You see working pieces early and often, before anything goes live.
Changes are made in small, careful steps, so it is always clear what changed and why.
We agree what “done” means for each stage, so nobody is surprised by the bill or the result.
For a brochure website the stages are short. You tell us about the business, we write and lay out the pages, you review them and ask for changes until you are happy, then it goes live. Our £49 brochure website works exactly like this, with the review step in our online members area.
For a system that runs part of your business, we start with the one job that causes the most pain, build that, and put it in front of the people who will use it. Once it earns its keep, we move to the next. You can stop after any stage and still have something that works. If you are not sure where to start, discovery and scoping comes first.
This reduces risk and surprises.
For small websites, in our members area, where you review the pages before they go live. For bespoke work, we show you the working pieces as each stage is ready.
That is the point of building in stages. A change of direction early costs little. We tell you what it does to the cost and timing before we carry on.
Brochure websites are £49. Larger work is quoted, usually stage by stage, so you know the cost of each step before it starts. Once it is built, support and improvement keeps it in good shape.
