Contact Carers is an online database and reporting system we built for a carer support group in Redcar, and later offered to other carer organisations. It is one of our earliest bespoke systems.
The problem
Carer support groups depend on funding, and funders want evidence: how many carers were helped, how often and with what. Keeping that on paper or in spreadsheets made every funding application a struggle.
What it does
