Scarborough Playgrounds is our own community website: a free guide to children's play parks across Scarborough, Whitby, Filey and the surrounding villages. It started in 2012 and has since been rebuilt as a fast, map-based guide with no adverts and no tracking.
Find the right park in seconds
- 63 free play parks, each with a checklist of 12 features, so parents know what to expect before they go
- Filters by age group and “must have” features
- A map view and a “parks near me” button
- Ratings and tips from other parents
- A personal checklist to tick off the parks you've visited
Kept up to date by the people who use it
Anyone can add a missing park by dropping a pin on the map, with no account needed, and report a problem such as broken equipment.
