It watches the inbox itself

Every email into enquiries@, info@ or support@ is sorted within a couple of minutes of arriving. Drafts land in your Drafts folder, threaded to the original, ready to edit and send. Nothing is ever sent for you.

It knows your business and your voice

You give it a one-page description and your own categories; it reads your recent sent replies for tone, quotes included. Anything it cannot answer from what you have told it, it leaves in square brackets for you.

You decide what it may do

How strict to be about spam, whether to move or delete it, what to do with risky attachments, which buckets get a draft and which get flagged or filed. All of it is a settings page you control, not a conversation with us.
